Storage
During the launch phase, form submissions are stored in protected server-side CSV files. Email notification can be enabled in the site configuration. The storage directory is blocked from public web access by configuration files included with this package.
Review publication
Customer reviews are stored privately as pending submissions. A review is not published automatically. If approved, the public version may include the submitted display name, rating, service category, review text, and publication date. Email addresses, IP addresses, and private service references are not intended for public display.
Sharing
OutlawCoreStudios does not sell submitted contact information. Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to operate the website or deliver a requested service, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect submitted information, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, payment information, or other secrets through public forms.
